Gottex Fund Management Holdings is a leading provider of alternative investment solutions and advisory services. Gottex offers a variety of investment products, ranging from funds of hedge funds, to single hedge funds and multi-asset endowment style portfolios. We also structure and manage specialized fund of hedge fund managed accounts and provide related investment advisory services. In addition, Gottex provides related services, including a managed account platform, through its subsidiary Gottex Solutions Services. The Group currently employs 112 people, including 35 investment professionals, in offices located across three continents. This allows the firm to combine in-depth local knowledge of financial markets and investors with the strength of a global presence and infrastructure.

Gottex Fund Management (GFM) focuses on investment products which maximise risk adjusted returns and show low correlation with major asset classes such as equities and bonds. GFM’s current product range covers predominantly fund of funds products (see also www.gottexfunds.com):

• The flagship Market Neutral strategies including Portable Alpha strategies.
• Directional strategies including Asia strategies and the Constellar moderate volatility strategies.
• Multi-Asset strategies including the Multi-Asset Endowment strategy.

In addition, GFM manages direct investment strategies like the private equity style Gottex Real Asset strategy.

Gottex Solutions Services (GSS), an independent fully owned subsidiary, provides services that offer customized investment solutions to institutional hedge fund investors’ with more transparency, better risk management, independent oversight as well as improved governance. • The GSS Managed Account Platform covering a broad range of hedge fund strategies, including credit, fixed income, MBS/ABS, equity and CTA/global macro.
• The GSS Integrated Risk Reporting and Analytical Platform including market, liquidity and operational risk, risk monitoring, hedge fund data analyses and portfolio construction tools.
• GSS Middle-Office Services involving trade execution, reconciliations, structuring of financing and work-outs.
