Gottex is a leading independent global alternative investment management group whose core business is the provision of investment management services to a diversified range of funds of hedge funds and managed accounts. In this capacity, we provide portfolio selection and asset allocation advice, as well as risk management and investment monitoring services, in exchange for the payment of management and performance fees by our clients. We also structure and manage specialized fund of hedge fund managed accounts and provide related investment advisory services.

Gottex’s investment management business was founded in 1992, with the first Gottex fund of hedge funds being launched in 1999. Our current range of products is divided into three lines of business:

• Market Neutral and Directional Strategies
• Asset Based Strategies
• Enhanced Index Products

Within these lines of business, we provide innovative complementary investment products, such as structured notes. The Gottex funds are themselves invested with more than 155 hedge fund managers around the world, which pursue a wide range of investment strategies and invest in a variety of geographic regions.
